Whey is another problem "IF" you have a dairy intolerance. Whey is another protein found in cows milk, it's actually the discarded protein when making cottage cheese and cheese. So if you seem to have problems with any dairy I would suggest you avoid whey too. Why not give rice protein a try and see if it makes a difference in how you feel.
